The Chashu Pork was slowly roasted with wood flame, it’s very famous  at south of Asia.  It’s makes prefect match with the bun.

Preparation

(remove the plastic if any)

Toasted the Bun in toaster for 30 seconds (or in heat in the microwave for 30 seconds), and heated the meat in microwave for about 45 seconds, Insert the meat and vegetables and toppings. (please make sure the bun and meat are heated through).

INGREDIENTS:
Bun: Flour, Water, Yeast, Vegetable Oil.
Meat: Pork, soy sauce, sake, mirin, sugar, scallions, garlic, ginger, and shallot.

Storage

Please keep in the fridge, good in 3 or 4 days after received.
