REGISTRATION

Do I need to register before placing an order?

Yes. Our registration process is fast, free, and will save you time for future purchases. Click here to register.

Why should I become a registered user?

You will not be required to re-enter your shipping or billing addresses every time you order online. Whenever you place an order, it will be delivered to the registered address on file, unless you direct us otherwise.

How do I change my account information?

As soon as you log on to your account with your email address and password, it will direct you to your account overview to update/edit your account information.

ORDERING

Can I order by phone?

Unfortunately, we do not take orders over the phone.

What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following forms of payment: VisaMasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to make changes to your order. But you can contact customer service to cancel your order before it's ships. Please email to: info@wewokit.com

Do you restock items that are sold out?

We restock most of sold out items, but to make sure, please contact our customer service to check availability.

ORDER STATUS

How do I check on the status of my order?

Make sure to have the order # and email address available. Confirmations are sent via email when your order has been received or your shipment has been processed, based on a valid email address provided to us. If you did not receive any confirmation emails, please check your email spam filter. You may view the status of your order by logging into your WEWOKIT account. Please allow a 24- to 48-hour time period for any order changes.

SHIPPING

What kinds of shipping options do you offer?

We offer a variety of shipping options and rates. See more detail in Delivery page.

Which international countries do you ship to?

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside the U.S. We cannot ship to P. O Boxes.

How do I track my package after it has been shipped?

As soon as your package is shipped you will receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will include your order’s tracking number and a website for you to track your package.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, it is ok to change the shipping address before you place your order. If you have placed your order, you may contact our customer service to change the address. But if the order has been shipped, you may be charged for changing the shipping address, and need to contact USPS/UPS personally for any changes.

RETURN

What is our return policy?

Returns and exchanges are not accepted at any frozen product. Exclude defective and undelivered products. Please check out our return & exchange page for more information.

How soon will I receive a refund for my return?

Please allow a 5-7 business day for your credit transactions.

关于产品使用

商品如何储存?
客户在收到包裹后,需要立即进行冷藏并在冷藏状态下保存。

可以保留多长时间?

由于商品属于蔬菜肉食类产品,客户收到商品后必须在5-7日内食用完毕,具体袋装商品可以参照包装袋或商标中的信息提示,如果是包子、饺子、粽子、生鱼、香肠等产品,可以冷冻保存,建议保存为90天。

如果烹饪或加工制作?

产品属于熟制品,可根据个人喜好冷食,或加热,其他符合食品安全范围内的混搭都可由客人自行选择,有关食品食用可以参见我们通用的《烹饪指导手册》获取产品的更多信息。

如何查看订单状态?
最简便快捷的方式是登陆您的WEWOKIT账户,查看订单状态。通过我们给您发送的邮件查看订单状态,WEWOKIT会在您订单确认和订单发货后给该订单所属的联系邮件发送确认通知,请查阅收件箱和垃圾邮箱,建议把我们的邮件添加进联系人名单,以便日后收到相关通知。通过联系客服了解订单情况

关于邮寄

WEWOKIT网使用什么配送方式?
您的订单将会根据包裹的重量使用USPSUPSFEDEX负责邮寄。

WEWOKIT网可以邮寄到美国境外吗?
抱歉,目前邮寄范围仅限美国境内, 我们不接收P.O Box邮寄地址。

如何追踪包裹?
订单发货后,您会收到一封含有包裹追踪号的发货确认通知,您可以点击该追踪号或登录相关邮件公司网页查看您的包裹运输情况.

我能更改地址吗?
发货前,WEWOKIT可以免费为您修改收件信息,详细操作请您发邮件联系客服。

关于商品退换

WEWOKIT网的退换声明是什么?
冷藏食品暂不接受调换或退货. 如有产品质量、错发漏发造成的失误, 将进行补发或退款处理。WEWOKIT销售的商品均有正品保证,但是如果您收到商品后觉得不满意,请详细阅读WEWOKIT退还声明,并联系客服info@wewokit.com.

我多久可以收到退款?
5-10个工作日或根据银行机构的正常运营标准。
